  • Payment information: processed securely through in-app purchases via App Store or Google Play Store (we do not store financial data directly).

  • Medical records or official health documents
  • Financial information beyond payment processing through app stores
  • Location data (unless explicitly enabled for location-based features)
  • Biometric data beyond environment photos you voluntarily provide
  • Third-party health app data (unless you explicitly connect and authorize such integrations)

Important: We collect only the information necessary to provide you with personalized workout plans and fitness guidance. We do not collect, store, or process sensitive personal health information beyond what is required for our fitness services. All fitness data is used to provide workout recommendations and improve your fitness experience. 2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide personalized workout plans and recommendations based on your fitness goals, time available, experience level, age, weight, and environment photos.
  • Generate customized workout suggestions tailored to your specific needs and available space.
  • Analyze your environment photos to create workout plans appropriate for your workout location.
  • Track your workout progress, exercises, sets, reps, and performance over time.
  • Provide workout timers and track rest periods, intervals, and workout duration.
  • Store and manage your free form workout logs and exercise history.
  • Manage your account and subscription services.
  • Process payments securely through in-app purchase systems.
  • Improve our mobile app and provide better user experiences.
  • Analyze fitness patterns to provide insights and recommendations (using AI providers for analysis).
  • Send important updates about app features and fitness information.

Commitment: We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information or fitness data with third parties for marketing purposes.   • AI Data Processing: When you use AI-powered features, your fitness data, environment photos, workout logs, and information may be shared with and processed by third-party AI providers. We do not control how these AI providers handle, store, or use your data.
  • AI Provider Responsibility: Cheetah AI is not responsible for the data handling practices, security measures, or privacy policies of third-party AI providers. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the AI provider's privacy policies and terms.
  • No Control Over AI Output: We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of AI-generated workout content, recommendations, or analysis. AI providers may produce inaccurate, unsafe, or inappropriate workout outputs.
  • AI Provider Changes: We may change AI providers at any time without notice. Different AI providers may have different data handling practices and privacy policies.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated workout content with qualified fitness professionals before using it. Cheetah AI is not responsible for any issues, injuries, or problems arising from AI provider outputs or data handling.

We are not responsible for:

  • Security practices or data handling by these third parties, including AI providers
  • AI-generated workout content accuracy, completeness, safety, or appropriateness
  • Service interruptions or violations related to third-party services, including AI providers
  • Performance issues arising from third-party integrations, including AI services
  • Data breaches or security incidents on third-party platforms, including AI provider services
  • How AI providers store, process, or use your data

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting their respective privacy policies and terms, especially those of AI providers. By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by third-party AI providers and that Cheetah AI is not responsible for their data handling practices.

5. User Data Ownership

All personal data and content you create using our mobile app remains yours:

  • Fitness profile data (goals, experience, age, weight)
  • Environment photos you take
  • Workout logs and exercise history
  • Timer usage data and workout duration
  • Progress tracking and performance metrics
  • Any custom content you create in our app

However, once data is collected or content is created, Cheetah AI disclaims any ongoing responsibility regarding their use, accuracy, or outcomes. You retain full ownership of your personal data and can request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we have about you
  • Correction: Request updates or corrections to inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format

7. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through in-app purchases via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not store your financial information directly.

  • Payments are made monthly or annually in advance through in-app purchases
  • Refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play Store refund policies
  • Payment failure will result in suspension or termination of Services
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings
  • Immediate Cancellation: Subscription cancellation takes effect immediately with no grace period
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store) according to their respective policies. Cheetah AI does not directly process refunds.
  • Premium Access: Premium features are revoked immediately upon cancellation

Payment Security: All payment information is encrypted and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store), which are secure payment systems. We never see or store your payment information directly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the mobile app. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

Notification: We will provide at least 30 days notice for any material changes to this policy that affect how we handle your personal information.
